Description:

The main focus in Furene is to support the competence and position of each and every individual. Our aim is to strengthen how the individuals partake in working life through measures such as clarification, qualification, rehabilitation and not least through motivation and belief in their own abilities. As a part of the rehabilitation work, Furene AS has an extensive cooperation with local business in the district of Søre Sunnmøre. We are also a provider of goods and services to several large businesses in the same district. This allows us to provide the individual employee with a variety of alternatives and flexibility in various types of jobs, both in our internal production unit and externally with our business partners.

I Furene set vi den einskilde person sin ståstad og kompetanse i sentrum. Vi søkjer å styrkje den einskilde si deltaking i arbeidslivet gjennom avklaring, kvalifisering, rehabilitering og ikkje minst motivasjon til å tru på eigne ferdigheiter. Slik skaffar vi næringslivet kompetent arbeidskraft. Furene AS har eit omfattande samarbeid med næringslivet på Søre Sunnmøre som eit ledd i attføringsarbeidet. Vi er også leverandør av varer og tenester til fleire store bedrifter på Søre Sunnmøre. Dette gir oss mange alternativ og stor grad av fleksibilitet for utprøving av arbeidstakarar i ulike typar arbeid, både internt i våre produksjonsavdelingar, og eksternt hos våre samarbeidspartnarar.
