Unikom Ltd. was established in 1965 as a vocational rehabilitation company with the primary task of offering assessment, clarification, and support in the process of moving a person toward ordinary employment. Our goal is to focus on activities that create added value for job seekers, NAV, Fredrikstad municipality, and society at large. We will continue to develop existing competencies and recruit new expertise in line with the business’s strategic choices, which makes us an attractive partner for local businesses, the municipality, and NAV. Unikom must have a good reputation that makes us the first choice for job seekers and customers. Unikom has counselors that are certified to use recognized strategies and methods in career counseling.

Unikom AS ble etablert i 1965 som en attføringsbedrift med primæroppgave å tilby kartlegging, avklaring og bistand i jobbsøkerprosess mot eksternt arbeidsliv. Vår målsetting er å fokusere på tiltak og aktiviteter som skaper merverdi for jobbsøkerne, NAV, Fredrikstad Kommune og samfunnet for øvrig. Vi skal utvikle eksisterende kompetanse, og rekruttere ny kompetanse som er i tråd med bedriftens strategiske valg, og som gjør oss attraktiv som samarbeidspartner for næringsliv, kommune og NAV. Unikom skal ha et godt omdømme som gjør at vi er et førstevalg for jobbsøkere og kunder. Unikom har veiledere som er sertifisert for bruk av anerkjente verktøy og metoder innen karriereveiledning.
