Spekter Pluss is a local initiative which is carrying out the services VTA (permanently dapted work/ sheltered workshops) and AFT (Work preparation training) from NAV and Bergen kommune in Norway.


The company has 79 places for vocational training for disables/ people with reduced working capasity and 24 ordinary employees.  Spekter Pluss AS is 100% owned by Bergen kommune and is located in Åsane approx. 12km north of Bergen.  The unit’s vision is «We offer people the opportunity to development, work and activity».
