Description:

Vesterålsprodukter AS is a social enterprise established in 1985. The company offers rehabilitation to people in need of aid to return to, or get access to the job market, on behalf of The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Service (NAV). This includes people with health problems; both physical and psychological, social disadvantages, lack of work experience, various forms of addictions, as well as language deficits. Programs offered include assessment, “try-out”, qualifying and training, and placement and training in other businesses.



The programmes include, ao: career guidance, training in job search processes, work interest exploring, training in personal finance, Norwegian language training, mapping of reading, writing and mathematical deficits, as well as guidance regarding diet and physical exercise. As an important tool for supplying these programs and services, several departments/production areas are run, which make it possible to offer craft certificates as part of the training programmes.

Vesterålsprodukter AS er en attføringsbedrift etablert i 1985. Selskapet tilbyr rehabilitering for mennesker med behov for bistand for å komme tilbake til arbeid, på oppdrag fra NAV. Dette omfatter mennesker med helseutfordringer – fysiske og psykiske, sosiale utfordringer, manglende tilknytning til arbeidslivet, rus og annen avhengighet samt utfordringer knyttet til språk. Tjenestene omfatter avklaring og utprøving, kvalifisering og opplæring, utprøving og opplæring i andre bedrifter og arbeidspraksis.



Tjenestene inkluderer blant annet karriereveiledning, opplæring i jobbsøk, interessekartlegging, opplæring i personlig økonomi, opplæring i norsk, kartlegging av lese-, skrive- og matematikkvansker samt veiledning innen kosthold og fysisk trening.
Som et ledd i å kunne tilby disse tjenestene driver selskapet innen flere produksjonsområder, noe som også muliggjør vårt tilbud om fagbrev.
