Description:

Numedal Produksjon AS (NUPRO) is a growth and rehabilitation company based at two locations in Numedal. We offer permanent adapted work (TA) for people with a 100% disability pension, and assist jobseekers on the way to work in other companies through the work preparation training (AFT). In this way, we contribute to uplifting individuals, at the same time as we contribute to the business community in Numedal having access to qualified labor.


We have a goal of being a profitable company characterized by good customer care and sustainable production. The customers and their needs must be in focus, and good dialogue must ensure that we capture their wishes and needs.


Our main department is located at the environmental station located in Veggli and our other department is located at Rødberg station.


From spring 2020, Numedal Produksjon AS was given the responsibility for operating the new renovation station.  Station in Rollag. And from 2022 we operate renovation station in Nore og Uvdal. Here we can offer new work arenas for our participants. In connection with the renovation Station, we also receive used items that we resell in our second-hand shop.


Both locations have merchandise sales in addition to production. Both locations have the offers TA and AFT. We also have young people who have practice instead of ordinary secondary school and. They work practical with theory from academic goals, for a competence test.

Numedal produksjon AS er en arbeids og inkluderingsbedrift som tilbyr tilrettelagte arbeidsplasser, arbeidsforberedene trenings tiltak, lærekandidat ordning. Vi jobber med gjenvinning, bruktbutikk, håndarbeid, ved, utegruppe og nå skal vi i gang med tekstilhåndtering. Vi motiveres av sirkulære prosesser i kombinasjon med sosialbærekraft.
