Senjorų socialinės globos namai (The Senior Social Care Home) is located in Vilnius city on the territory of the unique Verkiai Regional Park.
In 1979, the Senior Social Care Home began operating as an independent living home. After the restoration of Independence, the Senior Social Care Home began to provide long-term and short-term social care services, and social care home was established.
The institution implementing the rights and obligations of the owner of the institution is the Vilnius City Municipality.
The purpose of the institution is to provide long-term and short-term social care services to elderly people and adults with disabilities.
The mission is to ensure that elderly people have the opportunity to live with dignity, involving their family, relatives and community.
Senjorų socialinės globos namai can accommodate 240 service recipients. Due to physical and (or) social independency, our residents require constant care and assistance, therefore, we carefully provide social care services every day that meet the level of independence of residents and ensure their needs.
Senjorų socialinės globos namai įsikūrę Vilniaus mieste unikalaus Verkių regioninio parko teritorijoje.
1979 m. Senjorų socialinės globos namai pradėjo veikti kaip savarankiško gyvenimo namai. Atkūrus Nepriklausomybę, Senjorų socialinės globos namuose buvo pradėtos teikti ilgalaikės ir trumpalaikės socialinės globos paslaugos, taip buvo įkurti socialinės globos namai.
Įstaigos savininko teises ir pareigas įgyvendinanti institucija yra Vilniaus miesto savivaldybė.
Įstaigos paskirtis – teikti senyvo amžiaus asmenims ir suaugusiems asmenims su negalia ilgalaikės ir trumpalaikės socialinės globos paslaugas.
Misija – užtikrinti senyvo amžiaus žmonėms galimybę gyventi oriai, įtraukiant šeimą, artimuosius ir bendruomenę.
Senjorų socialinės globos namuose gali gyventi 240 paslaugų gavėjų. Dėl fizinio ir (ar) socialinio nesavarankiškumo mūsų gyventojams reikalinga nuolatinė priežiūra ir pagalba, todėl kasdien rūpestingai teikiame socialinės globos paslaugas, atitinkančias gyventojų savarankiškumo lygį ir užtikrinančias jų poreikius.
