A3 Ressurs was founded in 1995, by Vennesla Kommune as sole owner. The company is located in Vennesla.
The Company’s mission is to assist people twith restriction from being included in the regular work-life due to health issues or other personal challenges.
The services of Individual work capacity assessments, work practice and assistance in finding new employment, are offered.
In total there are 11 employees and 57 places in two different job training activities.
A3 Ressurs offers several work activities ranging from wood-workshops, warehousing, catering, various maintenance tasks and several other jobs for the communities and businesses in the area.

A3 Ressurs ble etablert i 1995. Bedriften har til oppgave å bistå personer som av helsemessige eller andre årsaker faller utenfor arbeidslivet. Vi tilbyr kartlegging, arbeidstrening og hjelp til å finne jobb. Bedriften er beliggende i Vennesla og heleid av Vennesla kommune. Til sammen har vi 57 tiltaksplasser i tiltakene Varig tilrettelagt arbeid og Arbeidsforberende trening og 11 ansatte. Aktivitetene er forskjellige. Vi har snekkerverksted, driver kafé, butikk, lager, montering, transport og vedlikeholdsoppdrag.
