Description:

ALF as - Centre for work preparation, offers measures and programmes within vocational training. It also offers organised work and assistance to people who, because of mental or social problems, have difficulties obtaining and holding a job in the ordinary job market. They help people to develop their potential through participation in working life.


In cooperation with The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Service (NAV), the Community and other stakeholders, ALF offers the possibilty to more than 2500 people on a daily basis to master and improve their life situation.


ALF as is situated in Bergen, on the west coast of Norway.

ALF as, Senter for arbeidslivsforberedelse tilbyr tiltak og program innen arbeidstrening, tilrettelagt arbeid og oppfølging til mennesker som på grunn av rus, psykiske eller sosiale problemer trenger bistand for å få og beholde ordinært arbeid. Vi hjelper mennesker å utvikle sine muligheter gjennom deltakelse i arbeidslivet.


I samarbeid med NAV, kommune og andre aktører tilbyr ALF hver dag mer enn 250 mennesker hjelp til å oppleve mestring og en bedret livssituasjon
